Accessibility statement
A site for all of us: where we stand today, what we're still fixing, and how to report a problem.
In short
The brasserieadria.it website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 level AA standard. The pages were checked with automatic tools and have no blocking issues. Some features depend on external company services.
If you hit a wall, write to us at info@brasserieadria.it or call us at 0426 993054: we want to know about it and fix it.
1. What this covers
This statement covers the brasserieadria.it website, run by Gruppo Tessarin S.r.l. (Via Curicchi 12, 45011 Adria, RO - VAT and Tax Code 01514570298, REA 4005172).
It doesn't cover the booking services and forms provided by external companies that the site relies on: we talk about those below.
2. Compliance status
The site is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements linked to the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.
"Partially" means the pages were checked with automatic tools without finding blocking issues, while some external content listed below is out of our hands.
3. What we've already done
- Clear structure: each page has only one main title and a neat hierarchy of headings.
- Images and contrast: photographs have alternative text. Text colours and sizes guarantee good contrast.
- Keyboard and navigation: you can use the site with a keyboard. Buttons are the right size and there are no horizontal scrolling issues.
- Movement and video: if you turned on the reduce motion option on your device (prefers-reduced-motion), animations stop. Videos can be paused.
- Virtual assistant: Gino, our avatar, can be hidden at any time.
4. What is out of our hands
External company services. Some essential site features are provided by other companies. Their accessibility depends on them, not on our code. Specifically:
- The forms to book a table, buy gift cards, get promos, and sign up for the newsletter (run by the Pienissimo system).
- The map for driving directions (provided by Google Maps).
5. How we prepared this statement
This statement was written in October 2026, when we launched the new site, based on checks done with automatic tools. We checked contrast, headings, alt texts, scrolling, and button sizes, without finding any blocking issues.
An independent body hasn't audited it yet.
6. Found a problem? Write to us
If a page isn't accessible to you, or you need content in a different format, write to us at info@brasserieadria.it or call us at 0426 993054.
Tell us the page address and what you can't do: we'll reply as soon as possible and, when needed, offer you an alternative.
7. If you're not happy with the answer
If you don't get a reply or the answer doesn't convince you, you can contact the Agency for Digital Italy (agid.gov.it), the authority that oversees the accessibility of digital services in Italy.
