The simple and clear rules for using the website, booking a table and ordering takeaway at the Brasserie.
In short
Our website is here to book a table, order takeaway pizzas, buy gift cards and download promotion coupons.
Since we're talking about food made on the spot, the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases doesn't apply to takeaway.
If you have any doubts or there's a problem with a booking or an order, call or write to us: we always find a solution together.
1. Accepting the terms
By using the brasserieadria.it website to book, order or download coupons, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
If you don't agree with them, please don't use our digital services.
These Terms go alongside, without replacing, the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which you can find at the bottom of every page on the site.
2. Your data
The details you enter (name, phone number, email address) must be true, complete and up to date.
We need them to confirm your booking or your order. We talk about this in detail in the Privacy Policy.
3. Bookings and takeaway
Bookings: Your table is confirmed the moment you get the notification from our booking form. If you're a group of more than 15 people, please call the restaurant directly.
Takeaway: You can order pizzas from the website, choosing your pickup time. Pickup is at the restaurant, at the time you picked.
The prices applied are those on the current menu.
4. Digital gift cards
Our gift cards are strictly digital. You buy them online and they arrive straight to your email.
They can be used for eating in at the Brasserie and must be spent in one go.
They are not valid for takeaway orders.
5. Prices and allergens
The prices shown on the website match the current menu at the restaurant. The cover charge for eating in is 1,50 €.

If you have allergies or intolerances, even mild ones, please always tell our staff before you order.
6. Cancellations and right of withdrawal
For table bookings, please do us a favour and let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or if you're running late.
For takeaway orders, since these are highly perishable food products made on request, under art. 59 of the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
If there's a problem with your order, contact the restaurant right away: we'll sort it out together.
7. Promotions and coupons
Promotions downloaded or activated from the website are subject to the conditions written in the rules of each specific initiative.
As a general rule, promotions and coupons cannot be combined at the same table on the same night.
If a specific condition of a promotion clashes with these Terms, the rule of the single promotion wins.
8. Allowed use of the website
We ask you to respect a few simple rules. You are not allowed to:
- use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the site, book tables or collect data;
- copy, reproduce or redistribute the content, texts or images of the website without permission.
9. Intellectual property
The Brasserie brand, the wording Tipica e Originale Pizza Polesana, the registered trademark Impasto Polesanissimo®, the texts, photographs and all graphic content on the website belong to Gruppo Tessarin S.r.l.
They are protected by copyright and industrial property laws. They cannot be copied or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability and external services
We do our best to keep the info on the website up to date. In case of accidental mix-ups with menus or prices, the current menu at the restaurant is the one that counts.
The website relies on third-party services for specific features, like the booking form or privacy management. These services have their own terms of use.
Within the limits allowed by law, we are not responsible for any temporary technical hiccups linked to platforms we don't run directly.
