Here in the countryside, the fog is already doing its job.
We only needed witches and ghosts to complete the picture.
But we're farmers 2.0: instead of getting scared, we fired up the oven and whipped up a spooky week, the Polesine way.
The Halloween Burger
We took our bun and made it black as night.
Inside you'll find an Angus burger, cheese and a black truffle cream that bewitches you at first bite.
Then caramelized pumpkin and smoked bacon.
The final touch? A cobweb from the fearsome Novembrino spider on top.
I'm telling you: it's scary how good it is.
La Pizza Nera
On our Impasto Polesanissimo® dough we put black truffle and baked pumpkin.
And then wild mushrooms and Polesine pork lardo, that melts in your mouth.
